Cloud Adoption Framework Strategy & Plan Workshop
Summary
The cloud creates new paradigms for the technologies that support your business. These new paradigms also change how those technologies are adopted, managed and governed. When entire data centres can be virtually torn down and rebuilt with one line of code executed by an unattended process, we have to rethink traditional approaches.
To help navigate the complexities of adopting these new processes and paradigms, Microsoft has created the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) for Azure®. The CAF is the Microsoft® set of documentation, tools, best practices and templates to accelerate and align cloud adoption within your organization.

The CAF Strategy & Plan workshop helps prepare organizations who are asking themselves ”why cloud?” This interactive workshop is geared towards IT leadership to walk through the key tools and processes included in the first two phases of the CAF to help your organization adopt Azure.
