Trust. It’s the basis for all relationships, and it’s where the process of connection begins.

At Insight, our purpose is based on meaningful connections and trust, all in service to help our clients run their businesses smarter. Today, we know that means many things. We know organizations have to both manage their day-to-day needs and explore ways to innovate and transform their business for the future.

Insight embarked on its own transformation journey the past few years, investing in new capabilities through a series of acquisitions designed to make us an even more valuable partner to clients. Through the capabilities of our four solution areas ─ Supply Chain Optimization, Connected Workforce, Cloud + Data Center Transformation and Digital Innovation ─ we’re poised in more ways than ever before to help businesses prosper and grow along their own digital transformation journey.

A deeper dive: Explore Insight’s four solution areas in more detail.

The partner to help clients manage and transform

Part of our transformation has been a keen focus on our culture, which is based on the company values of hunger (deep commitment to help clients), heart (serving the communities we work in) and harmony (celebrating diversity and perspective). Our teammates know Insight exists to serve businesses that are intent on running smarter. We’re grateful for that because client requests and our partnerships stretch us and make us better every single day.

For that reason, I wanted to share with you two recent honors we received in which I believe our teammates and clients share the credit. First, late in 2018, Fortune named us to its 2018 100 Best Workplaces for Diversity. We know the quest for a truly diverse workforce is a never-ending journey, but we’ve worked hard to make sure we look more and more like the broad universe of the clients we serve.

Second, we were named No. 23 on Fortune’s 2019 50 Best Places to Work in Technology list, along with a number of our trusted partners.

We know being a great place to work means we’re better able to provide a great experience to those we work with. We deeply appreciate the partnerships that help our organization strive for greater heights, but most of all, we value the trust you place in us to help with your technology challenges.
