Solidifying its status as the leading Solutions Integrator, Insight Canada just earned a place on the list of Canada’s 50 best-managed IT companies for the fourth straight year. TechnoPlanet, the publisher of eChannelNews, oversaw the selection process and made their picks official at the 2025 Reseller Choice Awards, 50 Best Managed IT Companies & Women In Tech gala in Toronto on Feb. 5.
“This recognition is a direct result of our teammates’ commitment to leading with curiosity, embracing diverse perspectives, and translating innovation into real business impact for our clients,” said Reem Gedeon, senior vice president and general manager, Insight Canada. “We're grateful to the clients and partners who trust us to help them navigate what’s next, particularly as AI continues to reshape how organizations operate, make decisions, and create value.”
To receive consideration, participating companies had to fill out an online assessment consisting of more than 200 questions. Like in past years, TechnoPlanet evaluated participants based on different categories, including leadership, sustainability, and client satisfaction and the processes they have in place for sales, marketing, and financial management.
For 2025, in addition to facing an increased focus on cybersecurity in the assessment, companies answered questions regarding their AI strategy for the first time, with Insight having recently launched Insight AI, a suite of services that helps clients identify viable AI use cases unique to their organizations. Offerings include: Prism, our proprietary platform that prioritizes custom AI use cases and Radius, our proven methodology for aligning implementation and accelerating the ROI on those use cases.
On the strength of industry-leading expertise and more than 8,000 partnerships with top vendors in the IT sector, Insight provides comprehensive solutions for modern businesses, tailored to meet their needs in everything from AI and cybersecurity to the cloud and modern infrastructure. Insight also helps companies accelerate their transformation through a wide variety of services, including consulting, device procurement, and flexible modern device lifecycle management.
TechnoPlanet is based in Canada. However, the publisher has international reach into the U.S. and the U.K., where businesses can similarly apply on an annual basis to be named one of America’s/Britain’s best-managed IT companies. The assessment is generally open to companies who operate within the IT sector, including IT Solution Providers (ITSPs), Value Added Resellers (VARs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
