Insight Named #7 of ‘Best Places to Work’ by Phoenix Business Journal

Insight is recognized for outstanding performance in transforming U.S. education clients through cloud and mobile solutions

TEMPE, Ariz., Dec. 7, 2017 – Insight (NASDAQ:NSIT) was named the seventh best place to work among the largest companies in Phoenix, during the Phoenix Business Journal’s 15th annual awards luncheon today.

The Journal’s “Best Places to Work 2017” rankings focus on strong workplace culture and employee satisfaction, and are tabulated through thousands of surveys of workers at companies throughout Phoenix. This year, more than 500 companies competed in five categories based on company size, with Insight competing in the “Extra Large Company” category for businesses of 1,000 workers or more.

“Our teammates have done an incredible job integrating our values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony into Insight’s culture,” said Jen Vasin, Vice President of Human Resources, Insight North America. “Our values are ingrained in everything we do – from our recruiting and onboard process, to teammate development, leadership training, workplace rewards and recognition. Often, our clients and our partners comment about our culture and our values, a testament to the fact that our teammates carry our values with them when they step into the offices of our clients and partners.”

Among the benefits that Insight offers teammates are an emphasis on community involvement, including two paid days off per year for volunteer activities, and a myriad of corporate-sponsored programs (including Reach, Noble Cause and United Way); an on-site wellness center; the In It Together Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that assists teammates in crisis; corporate-funded health savings accounts, corporate-matched retirement accounts, a social-enabled recognition platform; and quarterly bring-your-dog-to-work days; to name a few.

“Our business is centered on meaningful connections, and that starts with taking care of our teammates,” said Vasin. “We love where we work, and we look for that trait in potential recruits. We know we’ve found the right person if he or she has the technical knowledge and is excited about getting up each morning to make an impact on our clients’ businesses.”

In 2016 Insight ranked No. 10 in the same category.
