Kate Savage

Kate Savage assumed her role as senior vice president of solutions in November 2022.

She joined Insight from Capgemini, where she held several leadership positions throughout her 23-year tenure. Savage has extensive experience building strategies that boost organizational success and growth using multi-functional experience across business, operations and talent.

She finished her time at Capgemini as chief operations officer of global human resources, where she headed human resources information systems and shared services.

Savage earned a master’s degree in organizational communication and change management from Colorado State University. She also worked as an engagement manager at Ernst & Young/CGEY.

Today, Savage is responsible for supporting operational excellence across Insight’s services business. She’s focused on increasing gross profit by driving process and tool standardization, as well as enhancements to the client and teammate experience.
