Aneema Rawat

Aneema Rawat assumed the role of senior vice president of global corporate development in 2022. She has more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry through several corporate development and investment banking positions.

Prior to Insight, Rawat served as the vice president of corporate development at NTT DATA, where she led the company’s digital transformation mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She previously served as the director of corporate development and venture investments at SK Telecom Americas and in a corporate development and M&A role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Rawat earned her master’s degree in computer science at Texas A&M University and her MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to working in finance, she was a software engineer at Cisco.

Today, Rawat focuses on Insight’s corporate development and M&A strategy, leading the effort to broaden our solutions portfolio and better serve our clients through strategic acquisitions.
