Tacos 4 Life is a thriving, Arkansas-based, quick-serve restaurant chain that offers chef-inspired, award-winning menu items. With locations in four states, the chain prides itself on its spirit of giving. For every meal sold, the company donates funds to purchase one meal for a hungry child. To date, Tacos 4 Life has donated 8 million meals.
Since its founding in 2014, the chain quickly expanded to 16 restaurants. As a result of the rapid growth, it had multiple networking technology setups in different locations that hindered inter-restaurant communication.
The company wanted a more cohesive IT solution. Ongoing technical problems caused cost inefficiencies, delayed store openings and, ultimately, threatened the company’s typically high level of customer service.

We proposed Cisco Meraki products to improve the company’s networking capabilities and reduce costs.

We also deployed Apple iPad devices to enhance the chain’s loyalty programs and to improve training capabilities. The company’s workforce readily embraced the user-friendly interface for training.
Tacos 4 Life completed all technology aspects on schedule, thanks to Insight’s technical expertise and on-time delivery. We made it easier for the restaurant chain to purchase IT equipment from a single source, which streamlined the new store opening process.
