MONTREAL, Canada, Sept. 15, 2026 — Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ: NSIT) announced today it is opening its online Agent Store to clients in the Canadian market, providing early access to a catalog of proven AI solutions to help accelerate AI adoption and achieve measurable business outcomes. Developed to include a wide range of solutions to address the needs of multiple business functions, Agent Store widens access to the benefits of AI — including helping organizations better promote AI implementation, drive overall efficiency, and generate measurable ROI.
Insight is making nine agentic offerings available in its library of AI solutions, with an expanded catalog coming later this year. Each offering can be deployed by Insight directly for clients independently or integrated into broader AI transformation initiatives supported by Insight’s consulting, implementation, and managed services teams.
"Most organizations are no longer asking whether AI can create value. They are asking how to move faster from experimentation to measurable business outcomes,” said Reem Gedeon, senior vice president and general manager, Insight Canada. “Agent Store gives access to proven AI solutions backed by real-world experience and our client zero approach. Combined with our end-to-end AI capabilities, Agent Store helps businesses accelerate adoption, reduce implementation risk, and realize value faster.”
Currently, the AI solutions available in Insight’s Agent Store include:
The offerings were either first created for clients or leveraged internally by teammates across different departments — including security, finance, and legal — to simplify their specific roles while increasing their productivity and Insight’s overall efficiency.
As an example of how AI Flight Academy accelerates AI enterprise adoption, Insight first deployed the platform across its own organization of more than 14,000 teammates. Within five months, AI adoption via Microsoft Copilot exceeded 90%, lending credibility to Insight's role as a Microsoft 365 E7 Frontier Suite launch partner, while leading to tens of thousands of hours of internal work savings. The same approach is now helping clients. An independent power producer and returning Insight client based in Western Canada experienced similar results with AI Flight Academy after launching the platform earlier in 2026.
“Five out of five, recommend. 100% satisfactory,” said the client’s project lead. “This has been a journey, but it’s been a successful journey. We’ve come a long way, as we saw from the adoption scores. Everyone on the Insight team did an amazing job. The team was knowledgeable, easy to learn from, and their expertise was phenomenal.”
Insight is an industry sponsor at ALL IN 2026, Canada’s largest AI and tech event. Attendees can visit Booth M12 at the show, which takes place Sept. 16-17 in Montreal at the Palais des Congrès, to learn more about Agent Store and Insight’s client zero approach to AI.
