Then and Now: Computers

High-speed Internet, laptops with no CD-ROM drives, tablets with touch-screen technology. We’ve come a long way since the days when a computer looked more like a data center and you couldn’t be on the phone and Internet at the same time. Computers are no longer fixtures — we put them on our vacation checklists, carry laptops to and from the office, and read books on tablets by the pool.
