Insight Donations to Make-A-Wish Arizona and Boys & Girls Club of the Valley Cap $250,000 Noble Cause Campaign in 2023

Make-A-Wish Donation

CHANDLER, Ariz., January 2, 2024 —  Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ:NSIT), a global Solutions Integrator driving client success through digital transformation, capped a busy year of giving through its Noble Cause fundraising campaign by presenting Make-A-Wish Arizona with a $70,000 donation and gifting Apple MacBooks to 13 students who are 2023-2024 Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley Youth of the Year candidates.

Established in 2011, Noble Cause annually supports Make-A-Wish, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Boys & Girls Club of America as part of Insight’s Reach program, helping underprivileged children fulfill their potential through technology grants and programs. Noble Cause has raised $2.3 million for these charities since 2015, including total donations of $250,000 in 2023 from Insight, its teammates and partners. Additionally, Insight teammates raised nearly $110,000 for United Way in 2023.

“Every child deserves the chance to experience hope, excitement and resilience, especially during challenging times or as they consider the next big steps in their lives, such as preparing for college,” said Glynis Bryan, Insight chief financial officer and executive committee board member of the Boys & Girls Club of the Valley. “Insight sees any opportunity to create a positive impact and uplift the youth of our communities as a Noble Cause, and we are grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of these extraordinary children.”

Fran Mallace, Make-A-Wish Arizona president and CEO, accepted the $70,000 donation from Carisa Bianchi, Insight vice president, North America controller, and Megan Amdahl, Insight senior vice president of client experience and North America chief operating officer, during a ceremony Dec. 12 at Insight’s corporate headquarters in Chandler.

“Today’s donation from Insight creates an opportunity to grant seven wishes for kids with critical illnesses, and we could not be more appreciative. The joy and hope it brings to these kids and their families is incredible,” Mallace said. “This year alone, we expect to grant a record-breaking 450 wishes, and we will surpass 8,000 total in Arizona by next year. With 612 kids waiting, we have expanded our vision to make sure that every eligible child sees their wish come true. We have so much appreciation for the role Insight has played in turning wishes into reality.”

Bianchi, who also serves as a board member on the executive committee for Make-A-Wish Arizona, noted that Insight and its teammates have raised about $835,000 for Make-A-Wish since 2011. “Insight’s involvement in the community is based on causes that are important to our teammates. It’s heartwarming to see the level of support given by our teammates and partners to collectively provide a brighter future to children who are most in need.”
